- We have 4 Bedrooms and can sleep 12 with the use of 2 roll-a-ways. We can sleep 10 individually with the use of 4 roll-a-ways. Master Bedroom has a California King Bed - Sitting room adjoining the master bedroom has a high end Futon that makes into a full bed. Futon Chair becomes a youth bed. and we do provide a Pac and Play for the little ones. We have another King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom and Twin Bedroom.

- 4 Bed Rooms sleeping for 12, which includes the use of 2 roll-a-ways. TVs in each of the bedrooms. Sleeping arrangements in the bedrooms are as follows: •The largest master has a California King bed and a Sitting Room with a high-end Futon that makes into a full size bed. The master bath has two sinks, 2 person Jacuzzi and a 5x9 ft. Shower (wow!!). •Bedroom 2 has a Queen Bed, Private Bath consisting of 2 Sinks and Steam Shower. There is a Computer Desk with High Speed Cable Internet and there is room for a roll-a-way. •Bedroom 3 has a King Bed, Private Bath consisting of 1 Sink, Tub/Shower combo and plenty of room for a roll-a-way. •Bedroom 4 has 2 Twin Beds, no private bath, but there is a half bath right around the corner. A roll-a-way would also fit in this bedroom. There is another Full Bath off the patio and a Half Bath in the garage. We do supply all the linens, beach towels, iron, hair dryer, computer printer/copier/scanner, High Speed Wireless Internet Connection.

Privately Owned and Managed by the Owner: Although the pictures show my home very well, I can guarantee you upon your arrival the home will far 'exceed your anticipated expectations' and you will be absolutely overwhelmed with the enormous 1700 sq. ft. completely open Kitchen/Dinning/Great Room, with the beauty, warmth, romantic atmosphere and 'pride of ownership' this property projects!!!
