Just steps from the Atlantic Ocean, our attentive staff will make your stay in San Juan a memorable one. Ideal for the business or leisure traveler, our convenient location is one block from restaurants, pubs, convenience stores and a coin laundry, 1/2 mile from the Condado tourist zone and a short five minute drive to San Juan International Airport, the Hato Rey business District or the Old San Juan historic area. We offer Free WIFI high speed internet access.

The property is located steps from one of the best bathing and kite surfing beaches in the metropolitan area, walking distance to the Condado residential and tourist zone which includes numerous restaurants, hotels and casinos. A small convenience store stocking basic necessities and a coin operated laundry are a one block walk. Restaurants, pubs, a pharmacy and a varied shopping area is about three blocks

Access: The property is a 5 minute drive to or from the international airport, taxi fare is $13.00. Parking available on the street.

Just stayed here for the third time

We keep coming back. Great location--- almost on the beach, near the Condado, can bus to Old San Juan, and not far from most tourist sites and manyh good beaches. Clean. Comfortable. Great courtyard for relaxing, reading, and enjoying your meal outdoors.
We recommend it to all our friends. The 2 bedroom apartment is especially nice if your party needs more than one apartment. We usually rent 3 apartments and hang-out in the 2 bedroom one and in the courtyard.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our stay was excellent, steps from a great beach. Quiet neighborhood, great amenities, and a great on site individual. We had a great time, recommend it for anyone visitng the San Juan Area.......Much better than staying in a hotel.....

My experience at this location was just wonderful. I have been to Puerto Rico plenty of times but never stayed in the San Juan area. This was a great choice the location is key. Beach, shops, restaurants all at walking distance. I am puerto rican but my husband is Irish and very skeptical to go out of the states our two boys and him had such a great time they want to repeat the vacation for the following new years. Keep up the good work.
