The first floor features a large eat in kitchen with center island, spacious living room with fireplace, full bathroom and queen size bedroom with ocean views. Laundry area with washer and dryer. Second floor has four bedrooms, three of which grace you with ocean views and a full bathroom. The outside has a newly remodeled porch which wraps around to the oceanside. Also there is an outdoor shower area. Across the street is a state park with hiking trails and ponds - the best of both worlds awaits you. phone with unlimited calling in USA & Canada, cable TV, surround sound stereo, DVD & VCR players..Kitchen stocked with microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, etc. (towels and bed linens are not provided). No smoking or pets.

What a beautiful house!

It was our pleasure to spend the last full week of August, 2009 at this lovely, lovely home. There were 10 adults in our party - everyone had their own space, and were able to be very comfortable when dining and relaxing in the living room. The spacious deck provided room for all. The description of rooms is accurate except that one of the rooms with twin beds is actually a day bed with trundle. This did not matter to our family, but should probably be made more specific in the description. The house was spotless when we arrived. The home is located in a very central location - only minutes from numerous restaurants, shoping and attractions - a five minute drive to Old Orchard Beach Pier area. We watched the Thursday evening fireworks from Old Orchard right on the beach in front of the house. We couldnt' have chosen a better location or a more comfortable and beautiful vacation home.
