Enjoy this newly redecorated and refurnished one bedroom condo at North Coast Village on the Sand. This condo is decorated and furnished with a tropical palm theme. King bed, queen sofa sleeper, full size floor futon, fully functional kitchen, cable plasma screen TV and fireplace in the living room, cable TV in the bedroom. Linens, towels, beach gear, balcony BBQ are provided. You will enjoy Pacific Ocean and Oceanside Pier views all the way up the coast, with sounds of the ocean surf in every room. Our complex features beautiful tropical grounds, with koi ponds, waterfalls, billiards, ping pong, a fitness room, two pools and two Jacuzzis. Oceanside Beach is one of the nicest beaches in San Diego North County, ideal for strolls on the beach, sunbathing, watching dolphins in the surf, boogie boarding and surfing. After playing in the sun, walk to Oceanside Harbor for a great sunset dinner or BBQ on your own balcony. Come create wonderful Oceanside Beach Vacation memories!

North Coast Village is located on Oceanside Beach, one of the nicest beaches in San Diego North County. Swim, boogie board, surf, and sunbathe right outside the condo complex. Enjoy one of two beautiful swimming pools and Jacuzzis, surrounded by lush tropical grounds, koi ponds and waterfalls. Later in the evening, take a stroll to Oceanside Harbor for dinner, with several great restaurants to choose from. For the more adventurous vacationers, whale watching, deep sea fishing, kayak rentals, jet ski rentals, and surfing lessons are available locally. Since North Coast Village is located in between downtown San Diego and Los Angeles, most major theme parks and attractions are within a one hour drive of the complex: World Famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Disneyland and California Great Adventure, Seaworld, Tijuana, Scripps Aquarium, Knotts Berry Farm, a variety of championship golf courses, and Temecula Wine Country. war noch besser als Inserat, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit zusätzl. Bügeleisen, Reinigungsmittel, Strandspielzeug für Kleinkind,
lieber Kontakt zum Vermieter per email, schnelle Reaktion, haben vom Vermieter ein Prospekt zum Objekt erhalten mit detaillierter Darstellung, sehr vielen und nützlichen Hinweisen (zB auch restaurants in Nähe) und Anfahrt, gut war auch Waschmaschine und Trocker im Gebäude, insgesamt sehr schöne Wohnanlage (bewacht und geschlossen-gut geeignet für Kinder, ruhig), schöner Blick zum Meer, Nähe zur Autobahn und Eisenbahn hat deshalb nachts nicht gestört, auch bei offenen Fenster!(obwohl ich schon ansonsten sehr lärmempfindlich bin), für europ. Besucher nicht vergessen: Stromadapter in USA notwendig, gute Verbindung nach SanDiego+LA
