Our 1900 sq ft. condo has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are Master Bedrooms (each with ocean views and private full baths), 3 full Baths, dining seating for 10, living area with 42' Flatscreen TV, WiFi throughout, Flatscreen TVs in every bedroom, and unlimited long distance. Gourmet Kitchen has cherry cabinets and granite countertops, stove, microwave, dishwasher, frig with filtered water and ice in the door, and is fully stocked with coffee pot and coffee bean grinder, slow cooker, crab pot, cookware, dinnerware, glassware and utensils for 10+. A/C in the summer; gas fireplace in the winter; ceiling fans in every room and a view that can't be beat! North Wildwood is located at the northern end of the Wildwoods' Five Mile Island. North Wildwood boasts that their free white sandy beach is 'New Jersey's best sport beach,' as confirmed by a leading travel magazine. In 1994 North Wildwood introduced the state's first beach tram service. Beach-goers can glide along the sand by tram from the street to the shore line. The Hereford Inlet Lighthouse and Marine Police Station located in the city provide visitors with a historical retrospective of the resort. Both sites are destinations on the New Jersey Coastal Heritage Trail. The night life in North Wildwood is especially diverse. The summer air is filled with oldies music at the dockside...rock and roll at the clubs...ethnic sing-a-longs...the choices are endless at the northern end of the Island.   • Deposits and Security Deposit: One half of rental rate is due at time of booking with a fully executed contract. Balance is due 30 days prior to rental date. A $500 security deposit is due on all rentals, except for September special event weekends which require a higher security deposit. Security deposit is refunded within 14 days if all stipulations of contract are met. See contract for full details.
  • Default/Cancellation: The lease terminates upon default of any payment. No payments will be returned to tenant in the event of default or cancellation, until the leased property has been re-rented with no loss to owner. If the property is not re-rented, the tenant remains liable to the owner for the full balance due.

We went the week of 6/6-6/13 and we absolutely loved the place...it was very clean and nicely decorated, they though of everyting you would need...but if you are looking to have a pool...this is not the place, the pool was closed the entire time we were there as was the hot tub and we did not get to utilize either of them. However you can go a few doors down to an indoor waterpark for $10.00 and that worked well for us...
Owner's Response: We're so glad you loved the place in spite of the pool being closed for repairs. Please let us reimburse your cost of using the water park!!! See you next summer!
