Available for summer rental or year around. Sail or boat out of Christmas Cove (mooring available or Sail Boat with Captain). The bustling village of Damariscotta with fabulous shopping and dining is only 13 miles away, the famous Pemequid Lighthouse and beach are only 15 miles away, or Booth Bay Harbor by car is only 30 miles away and by boat 5 miles away.
