One of a kind cottage on the beach on Sesachacha Pond and just steps over the sand dune to the Atlantic. Top of the line appliances, decorating and furnishings. Open, airy gourmet kitchen/dining/living area opening onto a large deck, directly on the beach. This home was decorated for the owner who shopped in England and France to make this cottage the perfect summer home. As a result it is nothing like any other rental house on Nantucket. Completely unique in both its location and the quality of its décor, a dream retreat for honeymooners or small families who won’t want to stray from the property while in residence. Two bedrooms plus den with pull out, three bathrooms, two fireplaces, outdoor hot tub. Complimentary membership at the Summer House Beach and Pool Club and full time concierge.

Views: Beautiful open views of Sesachacha Pond and of famous Sankaty Lighthouse with it's romantic sweeping light at night. Walk out your door onto the beach and over the sand dunes to reach the ocean without ever touching pavement.

DIning and Entertaining: Open, airy gourmet kitchen/dining/living area opens onto a large deck with additional outside dining for 12. Kitchen has top end appliances including custom Sub Zero refrigerator (new 2008) and Gaggenau stove and oven. All cabinets and the center island were handmade by English craftspeople and shipped from England. A built in charcoal grill with a chimney on the deck makes for wonderful al fresco cooking and dining under the stars.
