Bring your own linens. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit.

  • Unit 3- Two Bedroom Condo, One full bath, Sleeps 6 maximum Sorry no pets allowed, no smoking.
  • Unit 3: 980 sq ft of living space. Very clean and modern. All the comforts of home!! The master bedroom has a queen size bed, second bedroom has a set of twin beds. Living room which overlooks the lake, has a full size futon sofa/sleeper with an 8inch innerspring mattress, love seat, dvd/cable tv. Dining room overlooks the lake as well. One full bathroom. Fully appllianced kitchen . Gas grill, washer and dryer. Parking for two vehicles. If available boat dock or mooring. If needed sheets/towels available $20 per person
  • Rental rates as follows: Amount includes 9% NH rooms tax!! and Cleaning Fees

    Off Season: May 1-June 7 and Sept 9-Oct 14, 2009 Two nights Minimum $420.00 includes 9% NH Rooms Tax and exit cleaning.
    Three - Seven Night stay $505.00 - $825.00 9% NH Rooms tax and exit cleaning included.

    Holiday Weekend Rates:
    Memorial Day 3nts: $505; Labor Day 3nts(if available) $725; Columbus Day 3nts $505
