Photos and Description of the Rotonda West vacation villa rental 3BR/2BA Sleeps 6 Plus Roll Out Bed and Baby Crib

Enjoy a vacation in this open and airy pool home on a freshwater canal, with it's own dock, where it is very peaceful, with an abundance of wildlife, including many different birds, including heron wading along the banks of the canal. The house has everything you will need for your vacation. A great room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, Laundry room, Split Bedroom floor plan, with master bedroom on the opposite side of the home from the two guest rooms. There are five ceiling fans and vaulted ceilings, also air conditioning. The heated pool is caged and has a large lanai area around it. There are lots of beaches in the area within 10 to 30 minutes drive away. Within 15 minutes drive is the beautiful Boca Grande, a must to see. Other beaches include Placida, Englewood, Manasota Key. If golf is your thing there are four 18 hole golf courses in Rotonda. If you like cycling there are a couple of bikes in the garage.

Notes: There are three bedrooms, one has a king size bed, one a queen size, and the third has twin beds, there is also a fold away bed, and a babies crib. Leading from the living area, there are three slider doors into the lanai area, there are four loungers for around the pool, also a table and four chairs for dining. A barbecue is also there for your use. There are four bikes. There is a beach cooler for those picnics. On the deck looking over the canal there is a table and four chairs.
