- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms sleeps 8, pool and hot tub, upscale gated community

Accepting reservations for 2013. Condo in an upscale gated community with resort-type swimming pool, hot tub and on a bike trail in Rehoboth Beach, sleeps eight. Ocean side of Highway One. 8-9 blocks (about 1.2 mile) to the beach. Three-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor condominium in the building with an elevator.

This beautiful unit backs to the woods. It has screened porch with awesome views of the woods. You can walk or bike (about eight to nine blocks) to the beach. You can walk to restaurants located nearby and downtown Rehoboth. Bring your bikes. Gym is a short walk away at YMCA. Nearby golf course is less than 0.5 mile away.

Unit has three double-size beds and one queen-size bed. Bring your linens and towels. Rentals of linens can be arranged upon request for additional charge. Every room and porch have casablanca fans and unit has central air conditioner. Full kitchen is equipped with, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave oven. Cable TV w/DVD and VCR. Washer/Dryer.

Swimming pool is open mid May thru end of Sept.. Condo is located in quiet residential community. We rent to families and mature individuals. We do not rent to groups of young adults: students and graduates.

Car: recommended

Rehoboth is a city you will fall in love with. It has beautiful shady streets, lakes, nice boardwalk with 'Funland' attractions. Rehoboth have nice beaches, many restaurants for every taste. Rehoboth Beach has many activities all year around like Jazz Festivals, Independent Movies and Sea Witch Festivals, Band Stand performances, volleyball games on the beach, and, of course, tax-free shopping.

Golfers! There are many golf courses in the area.

If you like parties, drive (two miles) to Dewey Beach. Rusty Rudder restaurant has music and dancing on a deck right on Rehoboth Bay. It also offers excellent seafood and buffet. Next to 'Rusty' is 'Crabber Cove' for those who likes unlimited crabs.

For those who like parks, 15-minute drive to Lewes will bring you to Henlopen State Park with its beaches, hiking, biking, or camping. Nearby is a Lewes-Cape May Ferry that takes you to New Jersey's great Cape May.

Fishing and boating are favorite activities in the area.

We were pleasantly surprised with this rental - the owner was really helpful, the unit looked just like in the pictures, the property with pool and spa was delightful. We hope to rent this unit again if it isn't sold!

My friends and I had a super time at the condo, it was fully equipped , convienent to a lot of places. Nice trail to walk on in the back. Very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of too many people walking by but still close enough that it was perfect. We were there for the 4th and had no issue getting into town plus the parking permit helped when we got there.
Would definitley recommend, owners were exceptionally nice and understanding and responded quickly if questions arose.

It was super clean and I would give it top stars to anyone that wanted to rent here. Plus it had an elevator which helped us immensely. super close to the outlets which I spent a lot of time at since i was so sunburned from being at the pool, which i forgot to mention was super nice had a hot tub and very clean and not crowded!
