Beautiful, newly renovated, large and very private property located on Nubble Road. A few minutes walk to Short Sands or Long Sands beach. 38 foot front patio. Rear deck and Grill. Basketball court in backyard is newly re-surfaced. 15,000 watt stand-by generator. Never lose power. Upper livingroom looks across the ocean to the 'Isle of Shoals'. Driveway parking for 6 cars. Great Cedar outdoor shower. Golf priviledges at the Cape Neddick Country Club. Enjoy live theatre at the famous Ogunquit Playhouse. Washer/dryer/dishwasher/microwave/two refrigerators. Sleeps 12. 4 Bedrooms are 1(queen), 2(queen), 3(full), 4(2 twins + youth bed) Lower Family Room( 2 full sleep sofas). Phone is unlimited long distance in the United States. Wireless Internet access. 4 televisions/ 2 dvd/ vcr's. A short walk to Village, Shops, playground, the famous Cape Neddick Light House, Brown's Ice Cream, Many restaurants and lounges, The Amusement Park and Wild Animal Kingdom.

Great property, great location

We had a great time renting this house. It was clean and confortable for the 10 of us staying there. A close walk to either beach and ample parking made it the perfect spot to rent in York Beach.

The only complaint and the reason for not giving 5 stars is the condition of the basketball hoops. Both were broken. I would suggest replacing both which would then make this the perfect 5 star spot!
