We are in walking distance of a lakefront restaurant, general store with ice cream and candy, a bar and grill, and another family style restaurant, and a beachside snack bar. The public beach is quiet and feels very private. This area is a birder's paradise, with Hillman Marsh and Holiday Beach Conservation Area close by. Golf course is also nearby. There are fishing charters and winery tours available. We are surrounded by many beautiful wineries.

This is the perfect area to explore all the wineries, and small towns from Windsor to Point Pelee - a very pretty area. Also, it is not too far from our home so we can stay as often as possible to enjoy the countryside. We enjoy having our children & grandchildren come to fish and enjoy the beach, and they just love it.
In July we enjoyed spending time at Klassen's Blueberry Farm, picking blueberries. It was a fun day, ending with blueberry pie and ice cream at the beach.
In September we will visit Holiday Beach Conservation Area to see the Hawks.
We enjoy visiting the many wineries in the area.
