Spacious two-story condo in Southern Brigantine (between 43rd and 44th Streets) on the ocean. The inside of this tastefully decorated condo is bright, fresh and beachy. Two private decks to relax on and enjoy the ocean breezes with an oceanview from your rooftop deck. Both white wicker bedrooms have queen-size beds with queen-size sleeper sofa in your rattan living room. Tiletop table seats six for dining. Fully outfitted with newer kitchen tools and appliances

About Brigantine Island Located on the desirable South end of Brigantine Island, this is a great neighborhood for bike riding on the town bike path, walking or roller blading. Bike rentals are available. Complex is across the street from the 42nd Street Recreation Center where tennis courts, boccie ball, basketball, baseball diamond, playground and skate park are for all to enjoy. Very convenient location. Grocery store (Brigantine Market), pizza/take-out, Sack-O-Sub's hoagie/sub shop, fast food, movie rentals, ice cream shops, Chinese take-out & a number of upscale seafood, steak and other restaurants are right on the Island. Atlantic City's casinos (Trump Marina, Borgata and Harrah's) are at the foot of the Brigantine Bridge. Five-minute drive to Atlantic City where you can enjoy the boardwalk, restaurants, more casinos, and world class entertainment and nightlife. Kids can visit Brigantine's 'Sharkpark' playground. Atlantic City Outlet shopping is five minutes away

Five marinas providing all types of rentals(boats, jet skis, scenic boat tours-including dolphin watching and fishing trips, etc.) as well as public beaches for 4 wheeling (permit required), surf fishing , water skiing, kayaking, snorkeling, wind surfing& sailing. Everything you need is really on the island! Brigantine is a family beach away from the noise and crowds. Year round population is 12,000 with a summer population of only 30,000. Town sponsored events year round, including concerts. Said to still be one of New Jersey's best-kept secrets. Come enjoy the quiet relaxed atmosphere of Brigantine Island.

The condo was very close to the beach. It was clean and well maintained. The owner was very helpful and delivered what was promised. I would highly recommend this condo to my family and friends. It was very quiet and the pool was very well kept and clean. I love Brigantine; have been vacationing there for 10 years and like this condo the best. I will rent it again next year if I can.
