50 yard walk to beach. Convenience store and eatery at the top of the street. You could literally park your car for the week and never drive. I've done it and with the price of gas, you could spend your savings at the Arcade or Palace Playland, and other Old Orchard Beach attractions. Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath, 1 level home. Brand new beds, rugs, dishes, cookware, utensils. Home has screened front and back porches to enjoy evenings without the bugs. Outdoor shower, grill and patio set. We have boogie boards, and cable TV and DVD, as well as VHS, This home is 5 houses from the beach, or (143 steps, we counted). Just what you would expect this close to the water. We currently have the months of June, July, August and September open. We also will entertain winter rentals as well. This is a completely furnished home. Ocean view from the front porch. This house is old but immaculate. NO SMOKING ¶ NO PETS!

Enjoy a nice quiet cup of coffee on the front or back porches. Enjoy the ocean view while you read the paper, or, walk to shops and restaurants. The Old Orchard Amusement park is a mile away. Quiet atmosphere for all the adults to enjoy, yet the amusement park and arcades are close enough for the kids. Also, roads to bike and walk on. Great food, entertainment and 7 miles of beautiful Maine beaches to swim, boat, and snorkel. Take a short ride in the car to the famous LL Bean shopping district in nearby Freeport. Wonderful winter and summer rental. Located off West Grand Ave, the property is just far enough away from all the noise but close enough to walk to just about everything. The added convenience of a variety store that sells beach goods, food, beer and wine is just steps away.

  • Long weekends and off-season rates are available. Most summer weeks fill up very fast, so do not
    hesitate. This house is ideal for elderly and kids because it is so close to the beach(50 yards). You can literally park your car for the week and not move if you plan right and use the conveniently located stores in walking distance!'

This is a fabulous location with just about everything you could need in a home. They even let you check-in at a reasonable time and the home is very clean! I would recommend this to any family looking for a great family vacation. Just steps to the beach and all the conveniences you need within walking distance.
