Renovated cottage only 30' from the lake with its own private floating dock. Located on the west side of Cobbosseecontee Lake with a panoramic view of the southern half of the lake. The spacious outside deck and large, private lot add to the 'away from it all' atmosphere. A modern kitchen and Vermont Castings heater provide convenience and warmth to this comfortable cottage.

We have been coming to Maine in the fall for many years, and have never been as pleased with a cottage as we were with this one. Comfortable accomodations, best set-up in kitchen, great stove, and views from almost everywhere.

Close to the water... how about surrounded by the most beautiful part of this huge lake. Best spot ever to put in kayaks or canoes.

If the TV service were better, as we told owners, they would have had to evict us. Will return as often as possible.
Owner's Response: One of the joys of owning our cottage has been the pleasure in meeting people like Pat and Bob who really enjoy the beauty of the lake. It is a very special place. We look forward to having them stay with us again.

Beautiful property with easy access to gorgeous lake. Comfortable cottage with everything needed. Plenty of options to relax or keep busy. You won't want to leave!
