Enjoy this bright, airy, very clean, year-round home with all new furnishings. The home is fully appointed with every amenity and includes three cable televisions and wireless cable Internet access. The home is located on a large corner lot on a cul-de-sac close to the center of quaint North Eastham. It is close to biking trails and is a short bike ride to the ocean beaches. The home has three bedrooms; two with queen size beds and one with two twin beds. All beds and mattresses are new. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and service for 8 – even a lobster pot! There are two large bathrooms, an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and new washer and dryer. The property is fenced in on three sides with a large, private, level back yard with a deck, outdoor tables and chairs, and a gas grill.

Nearest Beach: beach at 1.3 Miles
Eastham is halfway between Hyannis and Provincetown. It is the gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore. Chatham, Orleans, and Wellfleet are near by. The outer cape is narrow in Eastham, so the ocean and bay beaches are less than 2 miles away; with fresh water ponds in between. The center of N. Eastham is ‘down the road and around the corner’, with coffee, ice cream, groceries, sea food, liquor store, and a bike shop. Aside from the beaches, there are antiques, a drive-in theater and cinema, the Mass. Audubon Sanctuary, National Seashore Visitors’ Center, art galleries, Willy’s Gym, and restaurants – you name it, it’s here!
