Welcome to a bit of Key West on Folly Beach. Step into our Flamingo Suite with large great room, 42'' flat screen with cable, wireless internet, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, central heat / air, and queen bed at far end of room. Two bedrooms (two queens and a twin) with television and DVD/VCR. There is a movie library, games and books to enjoy, bath and a half, top of the line kitchen, and laundry room. The wrap around deck has both gas and charcoal grills, dining areas for six, enclosed outside hot/cold shower, and half bath. MAX FIVE GUESTS (1400')
Our Sandpiper Suite is a cozy 18x18 bungalow in the courtyard with heat/air, ceiling fans, apt size refrig, microwave, electric kettle, coffee pot, toaster, table and chairs, TV/DVD/VCR, queen bed, and love seat. There is no bath but outside bath on deck is only twenty feet away. This suite is used to accommodate one or two guests.

The entire yard has a privacy fence, and there is parking for three cars. Relax on the deck, stroll to town (1/2 block), or to the beach and fishing pier (1 block). No rentals to individuals under 25 years of age without prior owner's permission.

Park the car and walk to everything or rent a golf cart or bike for your stay. Life is a BEACH, and on Folly we move to island time and the sound of the waves. Relax, slow down to Folly time.

ALL PARKING AT THE HOUSE (THREE SPACES FOR FLAMINGO SUITE) IS RESERVED FOR RENTAL GUESTS ONLY. ANY VISITORS OF GUESTS WILL HAVE TO PARK IN PAY LOTS LESS THAN 100 FEET.
NO HOUSE PARTIES OF ANY KIND SINCE THIS IS A DUPLEX RENTAL AND OTHER GUESTS DESERVE QUIET AND RESPECT. SHOULD MORE GUESTS THAN DECLARED ON RENTAL AGREEMENT BE FOUND STAYING AT HOUSE YOU WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE WITH NO REFUND. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE OVERCROWDING. WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR HOUSE AND WANT RESPECT FOR OTHER GUESTS. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE AND SHOULD WE GET A REPORT FROM OUR GUESTS OF LOUD AND EXCESSIVE NOISE YOUR PARTY WILL BE WARNED BY FOLLY POLICE. NUMBERS ARE POSTED IN BOTH SUITES WITH GUEST RULES. WE WANT ALL GUESTS TO HAVE A GREAT VACATION AND SPREAD THE WORD THAT WE ARE ONE OF THE BEST VACATION RENTALS ON THE ISLAND. We enjoyed the southern hospitality from you and all we met. It was a long haul but worth every minute. Escaping the 12 degree weather in Michigan was the best. Loved the Fat Hen Restaurant on John's Island. We also found the lighthouse at the end of Folly delightful with few people, good shells, and a great picnic spot. The Flamingo Suite is charming, love the decor and colors. So quiet and relaxing.
