Cozy Cottage for a Relaxing Vacation

This place is absolutely lovely!!! We had an incredible stay here. The place is situated in an area filled with many fun things to do, and close to every conceivable Berkshire activity. We came to stay with an elderly gentleman and an overly active black labrador, and both were extremely happy with the accommodations!!! The dog was so excited to be there, and the elderly man was very happy that there was a bathroom available on every level. The place is meticulously kept- it has everything you could ever want for a summer/winter vacation. Emilie is amazing, and even though we didn't get a chance to meet in person, she did everything in her power, even from afar, to make sure we were taken care of. The cottage is decorated in such a tasteful, and individual, quirky way, everybody in our party commented on it. It is so inviting, and welcoming, and makes you feel like you are a guest of the family. New, retro, yet at the same time, strangely familiar...i can't recommend this place enough, except to say that i hope nobody seriously searches out this hidden gem, so that we can book it any time we want!

Everything about the house was great. We have rented over a dozen houses in the past 10 years with varying degrees of amenities, locations, proximity to towns, shops, nature, etc. Your house ticked all the boxes. Easy to get to from Boston and New York. Near a big town, nature, general stores. Fully furnished and equipped - one of the group said that the house had everything we needed, down to the lemon juicer. Another was looking for needle and thread to darn his sock and was happy not only to find both items, but also remarked how organized the drawer is! Of all the homes we have rented, yours is definitely in the top 3.
