The Kerber apartment house is situated in a marvellous spot in a sunny hillside location at the Geigenbühel. From here you have a unique view of Seefeld and the surrounding mountain scenery.The 'Schmankerl-Alm' restaurant with sun patio, located right next to the ski slope is open throughout the winter. Our customers enjoy free admission to the Seefeld Olympic indoor swimming pool. We are a founding member of the Seefeld-Wildmoos golf club (30% discount on green fees) and of the Seefeld Golf Academy (50% discount on green fees)! Further information: We offer apartments ranging from 32 to 100m² in size, comprising one to four rooms and sleeping 2-7 persons. All apartments are nicely and comfortably furnished and have balcony or terrace, dish washer, TV, radio, and phone. Sheets and towels provided.

  • The daily rate is calculated for 5 persons, any further person is an extra € 7,- (winter 15,-) per day, children up to the age of 3 cost € 5,- (winter 7,-) per day.
  • Extra Charges: final cleaning: type I: € 38,- (winter 39,-), type II-V: € 45,- (winter 49,-) ; type VI – X: € 52,- (winter 59,-), overnight tax is € 1,20,- per day and person over 15 years, check-in is from 3 pm on, check-out is latest 10 am. When you arrive later than 19.30 we ask you to inform us by telephone or e-mail.
    For dogs we charge € 9,- per day, with dog the final cleaning will rise up to Euro 8,-- more, garage cost is € 7.- per day
  • In case that only 2 or 3 persons occupy a 3 room apartment, we will make a special rate (apart from high season) paying methods: cash in Euro or EC-card. When you use the credit-cards Visacard or Mastercard we charge an additional price of 2% of the total amount
