The beach is not crowded because there are only 23 units in this one story complex. The guest population is small because all but one unit have one bedroom. There is plenty of room to spread out on the soft, cool, silky sand or for kids to play and build sandcastles. The sand is not hot under your feet and beach is free of the congestion and noise found on many beaches.
