Super Ski Pad - Ski in, Ski Out, Walk to Town.

We have stayed at this condo on several occasions throughout the year. We primarily hike and snowshoe and there are numerous trails right outside your doorstep. While we have not skied while staying in this unit, it would be ideal for skiing as the lift is right outside the back door. You can literally ski down to the lift and when you're done, ski back down to the condo. You could then take off your gear, get in the private hot tub just outside and enjoy the fantastic mountain views.

The location is perfect. We generally leave the car in the driveway and walk everywhere. It is also dog friendly and since it is on the lower level it is easy to just let the dog out the door without trudging down a bunch of steps.

It is quite large for a one bedroom with two full baths and a fold out couch making it pretty ideal for a party of four. This unit will continue to be our first choice when staying in Breck.

I love this place! I live in Denver and whenever I want to come up to the mountains for a bit, this is always my first choice. Being able to bring my dog is awesome, the location is ideal, having a private hot tub is fantastic, and it's very clean and very nice. Comfortable bed, big TV with lots of channels. You can ski right out the front door. The owner is great as well. I've searched high and low and for all that it has to offer, it's definitely the best place for the best price. But better hurry, it books fast! Thanks again Mike for another great stay!

Condo was better than I expected. The updated interior and hot tub were a plus. It is very close to all the action, and I would definitely stay here again.
