Has large deck, with umbrella table, gas grill, microwave oven, TV, comcast cable, gas log stove thermostatically controlled heats entire cottage. Quiet street just step to the beach. Washer and Dryer in basement, telephone, DVD/VCR Player, Ice Maker. Brand new queen sleeper sofa.
