Newly renovated and rare 4 bedroom condo located on the Linderhof Golf Course across the street from Story Land complete with airconditioning, broadband and cable T.V. Perfect one or two family rental (two bedrooms and 1 bath on first floor) and (two bedrooms and 1 bath on second floor). Beautiful golf course and mountain views from both balconies and all windows. Everything is new... floors, bathrooms, kitchen and most furnishings!! We even have a regular crib, extra pack-n-play, baby gates and high chair for convenience. Our outdoor pool, 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and relaxed club house are perfect for relaxing after a day playing at Story Land, hiking the thousands of trails around the White Mountains or just enjoying while soaking up the incredible mountain views. The Ellis river is situated directly behind the condo and offers wonderful fishing and tubing. Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Baths and Echo lake state parks are just a 5 minute drive.

Situated in the heart of the White Mountains, Glen, is part of the Bartlett township and is at the junction of Bear Notch Road that leads to the Kancamagus highway. North Conway is less than ten minutes and Story Land is across the street from the condo. There is a hub of activities in all towns to include: Skiing, hiking, biking, swimming, canoing/kayaking, fishing, horseback riding, golf, shopping and and amusement parks located in very close proximity. If location is key to your vacation success, you have chosen a perfect destination.

Fully equipped kitchen with new fridge, stove, microwave, disposal, and dishwasher. Country club access allows use of pool, golf course and tennis courts at minimum fee. Golf course user fee is $20 for 3 days and $15 per day green fee, with unlimited golf per day. Pool fee is $25 per week or weekend.

Clean, Clean, and Clean. We loved this place. Owners were great to work with, very spacious...great layout for two families and everything was new! Golf was so much fun and the kids loved the pool. We walked to Story Land and the cribs were a dream.
We are already booked for next year!
