Adorable pink beach house 2 blocks walk to a private Delaware Bay beach and fantastic sunsets. Available for weekly rentals year round. Come enjoy the peace and tranquility of this quaint neighborhood. 12 minute drive to ocean beaches at Victorian Cape May or Wildwood. Quiet family area with wide yards and plenty of grass. Newly renovated interior with all new furniture and bedding. Large family room with cathedral ceiling. Living room w/ TV, VCR, DVD, stereo, internet . Eat in kitchen w/ microwave, range, all new dishes/glasswear & cooking supplies. Two bedrooms with plenty of closet space. 1 queen bed, 1 twin, 1 trundle, full size sleeper sofa. Large enclosed outdoor shower. Gas fireplace in winter months. 3 window AC units. 5 ceiling fans. Large deck with privacy screens, large covered porch, gas BBQ, street to street property with 2 car driveway. Use of 2 adult bikes and beach chairs. Separate laundry room with washer/dryer/sink. My family and I enjoyed the house very much. Very clean and comfortable. Six miles from the public beaches. Close to local stores. Very quiet and safe area. Very affordable and good value for the price. We would return again.
