2 Villas semi detached see facilities, 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus 2 wash rooms

OLIVIA and MARINA offering every comfort, both are on their individual terraced garden level with independent and private access in a TYPICAL PROVENCAL HOUSE, with proximity to the medieval village of SEILLANS – “one of the most beautiful villages of France”, located in a quiet ( no through road ) and secluded park of 5000sq metres comprising lawns, ancient olive trees, oaks, pines and lavender bushes.

The swimming pool with a large terrace measures 10x5 metres and the water is treated with salt. There is a security gate and an solar outdoor shower, a large poolside area equipped with deckchairs and umbrellas and an impressive view of the mountains and the old village of FAYENCE.

There is a sports area of 20x10 metres on a sand base within the park. There is a secure parking area inside the gates of the property.

Amusement on the property : No need to be bored !

All sorts of sports activities and equipment are available apart from table tennis, football, handball, badminton and volleyball on the sports ground on the property and bikes, there is the beautiful, new “Golf Resort de Terre Blanche” (2 x 18 hole courses), Le Vol à Voile, Gliding Club, tennis and cycling.

On the lakes, St Cassian and Ste Croix there is rowing, sailing, pedaloes, bathing and fishing, and at the Gorges de Verdon, there is climbing and canoeing.

Not far away there are zoo parks and aquariums for the children and it is also possible to arrange horse riding and of course there are pleasant themed walks organized by the Tourist Office.

Amazing family holiday

We arrived on 10/08/13 and were welcomed by our hosts Patricia and Hendrik. There were 9 of us in our party and la Mancha provided us with everything for a great family holiday. The gite was located in an excellent area of woodland in between the two historic towns of seillans and fayence. We visited these towns regularly and they gave us a true insight into the provencial way of life and there was a vibrant festival in fayence which went on well into the night. The gite was very spacious and the layout of the upper and lower gites (olivia and marina) facing opposite ways provided us with excellent privacy surrounded by the beautiful gardens. The pool area was great providing our family with lots of fun from aqua aerobics to diving competitons! And there as also stunning views of the surrounding landscapes. Hendrik and Patricia were very helpful from giving us tips about local festivities to helping to organise a restraurant for a family meal, also Hendrik and Patricia had 2 chickens and a couple of cats and the children had fun collecting the eggs and taking photos with them. La mancha also had lots of equipment to play table tennis, badminton, basketball and there were also 2 bikes to go on a bike ride down the lane. Also we were able to go on various excursions to Grasse the perfume capital of France,St. Tropez and the stunning Monte Carlo and Monaco and we had an amazing watersports day at Lac De St Cassien and we were able to hire pedalos and swim in the turqouise lagoon and go on the adventure area on the water! We had an amazing time in La Mancha and would recommend this gite to anybody who's looking for an adventure and we look forward to returning in the future! ThankYou from Scott and family.

A wonderful vacation in between friends

We had a grateful vacation time with friends and kids!
A special thank you to Patricia and Henrik for this wonderful time! We lived in a beautiful Apartment with a big childrenfriendly garden and chicken and cats! The children loved them! Enough space to play, a wonderful Pool and very helpful, nice Owners! They invited us for lunch and wine, they gave us also helpful suggestions and tips for the environment.
In the village are two beautiful restaurants, anyway the villages Seillans and Fayence are very gorgeous!

Besser geht es nicht!

Wir machen bereits seit einigen Jahren in Südfrankreich Urlaub und diese Unterkunft war mit Abstand die beste, die wir bisher hatten. Angefangen bei der perfekt ausgestatteten, geschmackvoll eingerichteten und geräumigen Wohnung (alle Küchenutensilien, viel Geschirr, Internet, TV, Kinderspielzeug...) über die wunderschöne geographische Lage der gepflegten Anlage bis hin zu den zuvorkommenden und herzlichen Gastgebern Patricia und Hendrik, die alles dafür tun, dass man sich willkommen und wohl fühlt bei ihnen. Obwohl die Bilder schon einiges der Schönheit La Manchas wiedergeben, werden sie von der Realität noch übertroffen! Wir überlegen schon, wann wir das nächste Mal wieder hinfahren.

Beautiful house in a perfect setting

"We can thoroughly recommend La Mancha. We stayed in Marina and were very impressed at how large, comfortable and well-equipped it is. Our two boys loved the bunk beds and the big garden - especially all the sports activities (table tennis, badminton, volleyball and swimming in the gorgeous pool with views over the surrounding hills). Patricia is a perfect host and takes care to ensure her guests have everything they need, with plenty of tips for the local area, which is absolutely beautiful. There is a lovely walking trail directly outside the house and dozens more a short drive away. The Stunning Gorges du Verdon is 90 mins away and the coast just 45, so it it is perfectly situated between mountains and sea. This house is a real find."

FREJUS, ST. TROPEZ as well as CANNES, NICE, MONACO AND ITALY where the famous market of VENTIMIGLIA can be reached in 1hour 30 mins via the Autoroute A8, just 20 minutes from LA MANCHA.

For lovers of fresh water, the lakes of St. CASSIEN and the GORGES de VERDON (for climbing) are nearby.( For sports activities and equipment, please see 'further details') ,many trails for jogging and walking with any degree of challenge around the property

LA MANCHA is in close proximity to shops such as supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies, facilities such as Doctors and Dentists surgeries, restaurants, a cinema, markets, museums, antique shops and boutiques. There are numerous vineyards in the area from which you can buy wine direct from the cellar.

We provide sheets and continental quilts-blanket for all the beds. The linen is changed once two weeks. For the daily use towels are provided, however it is recommended that you bring your own for the beach.
