A very nice cottage in Bourne, MA, with a full kitchen w/eating area and a daybed for extra seating and sleeping. The living room area has a futon for two, a TV and a DVD player with a large assortment of the latest DVDs for your entertainment. The bedroom area has a full size bed. There is a private fenced in patio with table and a charcoal grill, all just a few steps away from your own private beach. Available winters at reduced rates with 6 month rental

Lots of good fishing in area. Water Wiz Water Park is just min's away on Cranberry Highway. There's a Drive-In movie Theater in Wellfleet. Note: Unit is currently for sale and may be shown to buyers. Renters can be notified 24 hours in advance.

Antiques: Lots of antique stores in Buzzards Bay area, less than 1 mile away. Also, visit historic Plymouth harbor and the Mayflower 20 minutes away, and Sandwich and Hyannis for great strolling, shopping and more antiques.

Golf: There is lots of golf in the area. Pocasset Golf Club and The Brookside Club are both within minutes of our cottage.

Other Activities: Water Wiz water park, min's away. Drive-In Movies in Wellfleet

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was located centrally so we could do all the things we wanted. It was a very cute little house and filled our needs well.

3 reasons why I'd highly recommend

Extremely close to the beach. Within a couple of minutes walk. A nice family friendly atmosphere. Me, my wife, and three kids felt very at ease there. Last, but not least, a straight-forward drive in from Boston. It avoids the Bourne Bridge traffic!!!!

The cottage is located close to our destinations of interest. It is cute and cozy. The neighborhood is friendly, calm and quiet at night. Close to the water. Great place to stay for a couple or even with children.
I would definately stay there again!!!!
