  • Ski Season Rental.
    $3,000 / month (negotiable) - you pick your own move-in and move-out dates. Tenant pays utilities - 15% security deposit required, and move-out cleaning.
  • 50% rental deposit required at time of booking, remainder due fourteen days in advance of check-in, no set check-in or check-out times (based on other rental and cleaning activity). Security deposit of 15% due at time of final payment. NH Room tax 9% to be added to final payment.
