Skylight, cathedral ceiling, and panoramic windows provide lots of light, air and treetop views. Amenities include on site washer/dryer, comfortable queen size bed, sleeper sofa(queen), wireless Internet, cable TV's, DVD, stereo, full designer kitchen, tiled bathroom with tub, private deck w/Grill, parking for 2 cars. Adjacent to bike paths and National Seashore. Less than 1 mile to town center and on the shuttle route . Free 'private' parking(24/7) in center of town (1 car). Well behaved pets considered.(adl. charge) Bikes and Kayaks available (add'l charge). You won't be disappointed with this property!

Perfect getaway!!

This is a modern, spacious one bedroom with a pull out couch in the livingroom and was newly updated. It was much better than a hotel, comfortable and convenient. There is a separate entrance, parking, plus a extra parking space downtown, which was great. The bike path is adjacent, Race Point beach is one mile north and one mile south is commercial street. Andrew and Ben could not have been more accomodating and helpful with local information. Kitchen was well equipped, grocery store near by, private deck, lots of sunlight, comfortable bed and laptop with internet in the unit. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for a few nights in the off-season and had a great time. The place was lovely, well cleaned, and close to everything. Nice to have a parking spot. My dogs loved it as well. I'd definitely stay here again.

We spent a week at this beautiful rental. When we arrived the windows were all open and the cape breeze was blowing through all the spacious rooms. Beautiful and quiet. Fish and water fountains in the front yard, wine and fresh flowers inside. The owners thought of everything needed to provide a great stay in Provincetown. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer and dryer on site was convenient. We could walk to the wooded trails or drive or bike to town. Our stay was wonderful, the time just went too fast! This rental was truly a "home away" with all we needed to enjoy our P-Town stay!
