Air conditioned and heated for three-season comfort, this cottage features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and living room. Outdoor seating includes chairs, hammock and a picnic table. A great location for outdoor enthusiasts from May through October and a snug retreat for autumn leaf season. Swimming, surfing, fishing, beachcombing and birdwatching are minutes away at the National Seashore and other shore spots. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is nearby. Part of the longstanding 'Cranberry Cottages' colony.

Eastham is midway between Hyannis and Provincetown, and is a central location for all Cape Cod outdoor pursuits: fishing, swimming, surfing, beachcombing, biking, golf, birdwatching, autumn leaves and more. Explore saltwater and freshwater marshes and kettle ponds by kayak or canoe. Swim and fish from beaches and sandbars of the National Seashore and Cape Cod Bay, a stretch of coastline known by birders for its variety of shorebirds and waterfowl. The 22-mile Cape Cod Rail Trail links the towns of Harwich, Eastham and Wellfleet for cyclists, rollerbladers and walkers. Entertainment choices are many: community theatre, art galleries and antique shops, drive-in movies, coffeehouses, historic lighthouses and restaurants. Less than 1 mile from the Orleans rotary, and just minutes from the Sheraton Four-Points Conference Center (3 mi.) and Cape Cod Institute (5 mi.)
