Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC (NVR) appreciates your interest in this beautiful One Bedroom property located in the tranquil and relaxing Sound Front community of Sunset Harbor the Palms in beautiful Navarre Beach, FL. Sunset Harbor the Palms is located on the western low density end of the island - just before entering the National Seashore and is a short walk to the shoreline of the Gulf with beach access located at the end of South Carolina Street.

Please Note: The online calendars for this property may not always accurately reflect the actual availability due to very strong rental demands for this property. Guests are encouraged to confirm availability by calling NVR during Operational Business Hours. Early Reservations are encouraged to obtain the best rental rates and availability.

AGE REQUIREMENTS: Property rentals require a minimum Guest age of 25. (Exceptions May Be Considered With Owner Consent).

ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: Property Occupancy Limits are mandated by Fire Safety Codes and Property Owner directives. The allowed occupancy of Palms #2-107 permits a maximum Occupancy by up to 4 persons - this includes small children and infants. Larger properties are also available for larger families and groups - please ask our Reservation team about any of our other amazing properties located in Navarre Beach.

ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: In order to provide the superior level of cleaning and property maintenance that are hallmarks of NVR, Guest Arrival and Departures times must be carefully observed. Guest Arrivals are permitted after 4PM Central Standard Time. Guest departures must be made prior to 10AM on the scheduled morning of departure. Any modification of Guest Arrival and Departure times are subject to property availability and requires the written consent of NVR. Applicable Fees apply.

All Guests are required to formally Register and Check-In at the Office of NVR prior to entering or taking possession of a property. Registration and Check-In is conducted at NVR's Office located at

NVR does not provide a staffed 24 Hour Guest Check-In facility. Guest arrivals occurring after 6PM Central Standard Time are required to contact NVR prior to 6PM on the date of Arrival to arrange for after-hours Check-In. Guest arrivals occurring after 8PM Central Standard Time must formally Register and Check-In at the NVR Office prior to 11AM on the morning following arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: NVR encourages all Guests to secure Travel Protection Insurance Coverage in order to avoid expenses associated with the need to make a Cancellation. Coverage is optional.

NVR classifies any Guest Cancellation as either: Excused or Unexcused.

Guest Cancellation of an established Reservation remains subject to Guest forfeiture of the paid Committal Deposit. Additional Guest Financial performance is required for all Unexcused Guest Cancellations.

Excused Guest Cancellations are entitled to receive a full refund of the paid Committal Deposit or a prorated refund of any monies paid for any unused portions of a Guest Reservation.

Excused Guest Cancellations are recognized exclusively for reasons of:

* Mandatory Island Evacuation Orders by the Island Authority or a Duly Authorized Law Enforcement Official.

* Property Damage or Destruction rendering the premises unsafe or unsuitable for occupancy.

* Failure of major mechanical amenity features that cannot be repaired or replaced in a reasonable and timely manner.

* Any action, or lack thereof, of the Property Owner such that interrupts or impedes the lawful and quiet enjoyment of use by Guest.

NVR classifies Guest Cancellations for all other reasons as: Unexcused.

An Unexcused Guest Cancellation or the failure of a Guest to appear for an established reservation will result in Guest forfeiture of the paid Committal Deposit and the full faithful financial performance outlined in the Reservation Rental Agreement.

COMMITTAL DEPOSIT: A Reservation Committal Deposit is collected at the time of making a Reservation and secures the reserved rental use of the property. Committal Deposit payments are applied towards the all inclusive total cost of Guest rental. The Committal Deposit for reserving Palms #2-107 is $200.00.

CREDIT CARDS: NVR accepts Discover, Mastercard or VISA. Payment of the required Committal Deposit with use of an accepted Credit Card is exempt from charges associated with card processing. The use of an accepted Credit or Debit Card for Guest payment of Outstanding Reservation Balance or the fulfillment of contractual financial obligations arising from the rental use of this property remains subject to additional charges associated with Credit and Debit card processing.

PAYMENT: Full payment of the Outstanding Guest Reservation Balance is collected at the time of Check-In and must be made with certified funds. Full payment of the costs of Guest's rental use of the property is required prior to Guest taking possession of the property.

PETS: Community Association Rules preclude Guests from having pet animals inside the property or present on the grounds of the community. Violation of the Pet Policy may result in the immediate termination of allowed Guest occupancy of the property and the forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional charges for pet remediation efforts, property replacements, repairs or Fines, if any, levied by the Homeowner's Association may be billed to Guest's Credit Card.

PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: NVR reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations in instances of Force Majeure. It is the policy and practice of NVR to notify a Guest of the need to make a property substitution if the need for such is recognized at least 24 Hours prior to Guest arrival.

RENTAL RATES: Published rates reflect seasonal rental demands and are subject to change until confirmed. Instant Rate Quotes are available for Guests by using the Instant Quote feature located above on the right hand side of this listing. The most favorable Guest rental rates are those for weekly reservation visits of Saturday to Saturday.

Minimum periods of rental for this property are required. During periods of Peak Demand this property is maintained on a weekly Sat-Sat rental cycle. We do have other properties that are available for Sun-Sun rentals.

During periods of Non-Peak rental demand this property requires a minimum 3 Night Guest rental.

SMOKING: Smoking is expressly NOT allowed inside this property. Violations of NVR's No Smoking Policy may result in the early termination of allowed Guest occupancy and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid. Additional charges associated with Smoke Remediation efforts, and Property replacements may be billed to Guest's Credit Card. Place of relaxation

My wife and I stayed here mid May. It was easy to get to and checking in with Thane and his staff was easy as well as they were very helpful and accommodating. If there was anything I needed they were there to help.

As far as the place itself, it was everything and more that we hoped for. The music playing once you first enter is a nice touch. Everything was very clean and updated. The amenities and appliances were top notch. I especially enjoyed the large flat screen that hangs on the wall in the living room that comes with a blu ray. The best part is the patio. You know you're in the right place when you can sit outside and hear nothing at all other than the sound of the water. There's no better view of the sunsets anywhere I've ever been. I made it a point to be on the patio by 7:30 each evening to watch it. The pier that's only for Sunset Harbor visitors is also a pretty cool idea and really nice in the evening/night.

The beach is only a short 5 or so minute walk. If you have a lot of stuff like a big cooler or multiple chairs I'd probably take a car and you're there in less than 60 seconds. We drove a little and also walked. I never swim in the ocean anymore and I did here everyday because you can see to the bottom. There never were many people on the beach like a lot of overcrowded touristy beaches.

If you want to dine out at restaurants you'll probably want to go to Pensacola or Pensacola Beach. Both are a short 20-35 minute drive away. Grand Marlin in Pensacola Beach is probably the best restaurant I've ever been to. There's a ton of great dining options around the area.

Bottom line, if you want an incredibly nice condo and an area that's more of a secluded spot along the ocean, go to this condo in Navarre. I don't have one single complaint. We'll be back next year.

Love this place!

From the very first contact to the end of our 7 week stay Thane Creech and the staff have been outstanding in providing a wonderful experience in all regards. After a long trip it was so wonderful to arrive to a welcoming condo with faux candles, soft music playing, cool air conditioning and it smelled so nice and fresh. We instantly knew this was going to be really awesome. All the previous reviews are accurate. Instead of repeating the same comments I'll just say "Job well done folks"! The immaculate complex is small enough for that community feeling and the many friendly people we met certainly added to the pleasure of our stay. The fishing pier and gazebo are excellent gathering places to meet people. We were grateful so many people were happy to share fishing tips for a saltwater newbie - we actually had some pretty good luck! Can't beat the quiet location beside the sound and just a short walk to the gulf beach. Looking forward to our return.

wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time in Navarre beach. The condo was wonderful. It is very pretty, the pictures don't do it justice. We enjoyed the pavilion with the grills and the pier. The area is quiet and just gorgeous. The sunsets were amazing. The beach on the gulf side is beautiful and the bay side is so serene. The staff was very helpful. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone. Location is perfect. You are right between Pensacola and Destin but away from the crowds, so its the best of both worlds. We cannot wait to return. Also the condo was extremely clean and the property well maintained.

Why pay for a hotel when you can have a clean cool condo!

We stayed for a week in April. The condo was great! Why pay a lot of money for Hotel, when you can get this condo for about half the price per night. The condo is tastefully decorated and up to date. It is also very clean. The heavy weight sheets on the bed are a great touch. It is equipped with everything to make your stay a great one.

The patio over looks the peaceful Santa Rosa Sound, nice for afternoon drinks, then head on down to the Bar-B-Ques, there are two to grill your fresh catch from Joe Patti's. The complex is immaculate and well kept up.

This is a couples only condo, I wouldn't want to take a bunch of kids here, being a one bedroom things can get tight real quick. It is also off the beach, but if you load up the car and drive four minutes you're right at public beach access.

Bottom line if you want a clean cool condo away from all of the hustle and bustle of a highrise, this is the place for you.
