AGE REQUIREMENTS: Property rentals require a minimum Guest age of 25. (Exceptions May Be Considered With Owner Consent).
ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: Property Occupancy Limits are mandated by Fire & Safety Codes and Owner Directives. Occupancy of this property permits a maximum of 4 persons - this includes small children and infants. Larger properties are available for Guest's needing to accommodate larger parties.
ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: In order to provide the superior level of cleaning and property maintenance that are hallmarks of NVR we ask Guests to please observe the stated Arrival and Departure times listed below. Guest Arrival Times vary based on seasonal rental demands. Guest requests for early arrival or late departure are subject to property availability. An additional Reservation Fee of $30 will be added for changes to the stated times of arrival and departure.
Autumn/Winter (9/2 - 3/13):
Arrivals: After 1:00 PM Central Standard Time
Departures: Prior to 10:00 AM Central Standard Time
Spring/Summer (3/14 - 9/1):
Arrivals: After 4:00 PM Central Standard Time
Departures: Prior to 10:00 AM Central Standard Time
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once confirmed, any Guest Cancellation of a Reservation will be classified as either: Excused - or - Unexcused.
Excused Cancellations are acknowledged for reasons of:
* Mandatory Island Evacuation Order by the Island Authority
* Damage or Property Destruction rendering the property unsuitable for rental
* Mechanical Failures that cannot be repaired in a timely manner
Excused Cancellations are not held responsible for additional fees or rental monies. Excused Cancellations will receive a full refund of paid Committal Deposits or a prorated refund for any paid and unused portions of time.
Guest Cancellations for reasons other than those stated above requires a minimum 30 day written notice or is deemed to be improperly Cancelled.
Improperly Cancelled Guest Reservations or Failure of a Guest to show for a Reservation will be classified as Unexcused and will result in Guest forfeiture of the paid Committal Deposit and additional Guest Financial performance as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
COMMITTAL DEPOSIT: A Reservation Committal Deposit is collected at the time of making a Reservation and secures your reserved rental of the property. The Committal Deposit is applied towards the all inclusive total cost of your Reservation. The Committal Deposit for reserving this property is $200.00.
CREDIT CARDS: NVR accepts Discover, Mastercard or VISA for payment of rental charges. Use of Credit or Debit Cards for the payment of Outstanding Balances remains subject to additional charges associated with card processing.
PETS: Pet animals are not permitted by rental Guests. Any Fines or Expenses associated with Pet remediation efforts will be charged to Guest's Credit Card as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: NVR reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations in instance of mechanical failure, property damage or destruction rendering the property unfit or unsafe for rental or Force Majeure.
RENTAL RATES: Rates are based on seasonal rental demands and are subject to change until confirmed. Rate information is provided below and an Instant Rate Quote feature is provided above.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: Property rentals are subject to minimal periods of time based on Seasonal rental demands and Owner directives. Extended monthly rentals are generally available for most properties after September 1st. Extended monthly rentals are maintained on a calendar monthly basis beginning and ending on the 1st of each month. Extended rentals require a minimum 2 month rental Reservation or are subject to a 25% premium on the published monthly rental rate.
Autumn/Winter (9/2 - 3/13): Minimum 2 Night Rental Required.
Spring (3/14 - 5/22): Minimum 3 Night Rental Required.
Summer (5/23 - 8/15): Minimum 7 Nt Rental Required (Saturday - Saturday).
