Sunset Harbor the Palms #2-107 is a tastefully furnished and exceptionally maintained property that reflects the attention to details and high standards that Guests of Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC deserve and have come to expect. NVR has been enthusiastically serving the accommodation needs of Gulf Coast travelers since 2001. Our Goal is to provide each of our Guests with exceptional accommodations that enhance their vacation visit.
Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC (NVR) appreciates your interest in this beautiful One Bedroom property located in the tranquil and relaxing Sound Front community of Sunset Harbor the Palms in beautiful Navarre Beach, FL. Sunset Harbor the Palms is located on the western low density end of the island - just before entering the National Seashore and is a short walk to the shoreline of the Gulf with beach access located at the end of South Carolina Street.
Please Note: The Online Calendars may not always accurately reflect the availability of Palms #2-107 due to very strong rental demands for this property. Early Reservations are suggested for obtaining the best rental rates and availability.

- Rental Policies and Answers to Common Guest Questions -
AGE REQUIREMENTS: Property rentals require a minimum Guest age of 25. (Exceptions May Be Considered With Owner Consent).
ALLOWED OCCUPANCY: Property Occupancy Limits are mandated by Fire & Safety Codes and Owner Directives. Standard Allowed Occupancy of our One Bedroom size properties permits up to 4 persons - including infants and small children. Families needing larger accommodations are invited to preview our larger properties in Navarre Beach.
ARRIVALS and DEPARTURES: In order to provide the superior level of cleaning and property maintenance that are hallmarks of NVR we ask Guests to please observe the Commencement and Conclusion dates and times for their Reservation.
Guests are required to Register and Check-In at the Office of NVR prior to entering or taking possession of the property. Guests may Register and Check-In with NVR after 9AM on the scheduled date of Guest Arrival.
PLEASE NOTE: Property Access Codes and allowed Guest entry of the property is not permitted prior to 4PM Central Standard Time.
Early property access or the approved delay in Guest departure is subject to property availability and requires the written consent of NVR. Early property access or Late Guest departures are subject to applicable fees outlined in the Rental Lease Agreement.
NVR does NOT maintain a staffed 24 Hour Check-In facility. Guests who may encounter travel delays or who anticipate arrival after Operational Business Hours are asked to contact NVR prior to 5PM on the scheduled date of Guest arrival. A representative will explain how to access your reserved property. After-hours Guest arrivals must formally Register and Check-In at the Offices of NVR prior to 11AM on the following morning.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Once Reservation accuracy is verified by Guest and Reservation is confirmed by NVR any Guest Cancellation for a Reservation will be classified as either: 'Excused' - or - 'Unexcused'.
Excused Cancellations are acknowledged and permitted exclusively for reasons of:
* Mandatory Island Evacuation Orders by the Island Authority or a Duly Authorized Law Enforcement Official.
* Property Damage or Destruction rendering the premises unsafe or unsuitable for occupancy.
* Failure of major mechanical amenity features that cannot be repaired or replaced in a reasonable and timely manner.
* The actions, or lack thereof, of Property Owner such that would interrupt or impede the lawful and quiet enjoyment of use by Guest.
Excused Cancellations are not held responsible for financial Guest performance outlined in the Rental Lease Agreement. Excused Cancellations are eligible for a full refund of the paid Committal Deposit and any prorated portion of monies paid for any unused portions of time.
Guest Cancellations for reasons other than those expressly identified above will be classified as 'Unexcused'.
Unexcused Guest Cancellations or the failure of Guest to appear for a Reservation remain subject to Guest's forfeiture of the paid Committal Deposit and the full financial performance of Guest as outlined in the Rental Lease Agreement. Travel and Damage Waiver insurance coverage is optional. It is the priority and obligation of Guests to procure supplemental Travel Insurance coverage.
COMMITTAL DEPOSIT: A Reservation Committal Deposit is collected at the time of making a Reservation and secures the reserved rental of the property. Committal Deposit payments are applied towards the all inclusive total cost of Guest's Reservation. The Committal Deposit for reserving Sunset Harbor
Palms #2-107 is $200.00.
CREDIT CARDS: NVR accepts Discover, Mastercard or VISA for payment of rental charges. Use of an accepted Credit or Debit Card for payment of Outstanding Reservation Balances or to satisfy financial obligations arising from Guest's reserved rental and use of a property remains subject to additional fees associated with card processing. Committal Deposit payments are exempt of additional fees.
PAYMENT: Full payment of Guest's rental of Palms #2-107 must be received prior to Guest taking possession of the premises. Final payment of any Outstanding Balance will be collected at Check-In and must be made with certified funds.
PETS: No Pet animal may be allowed by Guest or invitees of Guest to be inside the property or on the premises. Guest Violation of this provision is subject to additional Charges and Fines associated with Pet redemption efforts, damage repairs, content replacements and Fines, if any, levied by a Homeowner's Association.
PROPERTY SUBSTITUTIONS: NVR reserves the right to substitute comparable or superior accommodations in instances of Force Majeure. It is the policy and practice of NVR to notify any Guest of the need to make a substitution of property if such need is known at least 24 hours prior to Guest arrival.
RENTAL RATES: Rental Rates reflect seasonal rental demands and are subject to change based on occupancy and availability. Book early to receive the best rates.
Minimum periods of rental are required. Please refer to the Rates section of this listing for required minimal periods of rental.
During periods of Peak Summer Rental Demand, Palms #2-107 is maintained exclusively on a Saturday-Saturday reservation cycle. No exceptions are permitted.
During periods of Non-Peak Rental Demand, Palms #2-107 is available for daily or weekly rentals. PLEASE NOTE: Discounted Weekly Rates are exclusively for Sat-Sat Reservations only.

Extended monthly rentals are available Sept 8 - March 1. Published rates are for consecutive monthly rentals of 2 or more months. Singular months of rental will be 25% more.
A Committal Deposit of $200.00 is collected at the time of making a Reservation and is applied towards the all inclusive price of Guest Reservation. Final Payment of Reservation Balance is Due at Check-In and must be made with Certified Funds.
