The Rose House is a quaint New England Cape located on the southerly end of Orr's Island in the Town of Harpswell, Maine, just a few feet from the historic Cribstone Bridge to Bailey Island. Enjoy watching boating activity on Harpswell Sound and breathtaking sunsets from the enclosed porch. This year round house includes a cozy living room with sleep sofa, large eat in kitchen, full bath and, two 2 bedrooms each with double bed, 1/2 bath on second floor. Electric heat keeps you warm on a chilly day. Rental includes use of nearby boat launch and newly built dock. Kayak among the islands of Casco Bay. Located 20 minutes from I-295 in Brunswick, 45 minutes from Portland, and 3 hours from Boston.
