This townhouse, located in Clearbrook, has two living areas. The first level has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room and a kitchenette. This first level can be open to or kept private from the upper levels with a locking door. The second and third floors have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. Both living rooms have wood burning fireplaces. The second floor also has a deck facing Loon Mountain with fantastic views, which can also be seen from the master suite at the top level. A washer/dryer off the front foyer of the second floor and linens and towels will make this a comfortable weekend or week long vacation getaway. Included in the rental is use of a sports and pool club at the Village of Loon, which includes indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, bike and movie rentals. Kids can also play outside on a playground or inside in the arcade room.

This townhouse is located in Clearbrook, a community of vacation homes that are right next to the White Mountains National Forest. Clearbrook is also a short distance from the Pemigewasset River, which offers canoeing, tubing, swimming holes and fishing in the summer and other warm months. The entrance to Clearbrook is less than a mile to the entrance of Loon Mountain, which offers a variety of activities and fun events during the summer and winter. Loon is a mountain resort enjoyed by skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels. Loon/Lincoln is approximately 130 miles from Boston (100 miles from the MA/NH border) and 190 miles to Montreal. North Conway is approximately 30 miles east through the White Mountains National Forest, and parts of Maine and Vermont (north of Franconia Notch) are also within an hour or two drive from the area.
