Accommodations are perfect for two-family vacations, celebrating a birthday or anniversary, a romantic rendez-vous or for getting away just to relax.

This unique ranch home is looking sharp - just for you! Enjoy all the comforts of home, lots of space, privacy, and great location. All this for a rate that beats local hotels.

Living -

Spacious front living room, great room, and centrally located kitchen provide easy entertaining and lots of relaxation areas for families and friends. Also enjoy a private deck, landscaped patio and yards. There is even a basement for occasional rainy day fun.

Sleeping -

Master bedroom features king-size bed, double closet, and private bath with shower. Second bedroom with queen-size bed has large closet. These bedrooms allow enough space for a portable crib to be set up. Third bedroom features one twin bed, one twin daybed with roll-out twin trundle bed. The trundle bed can be raised next to daybed to make king-size bed. Den with closet can become a fourth bedroom with full-size sofabed.

Outdoor Fun -

Heading to the beach takes minutes! Load our wagon with beach gear and take a one block walk north to the beach! The adjoining park boasts lake-viewing benches in the shade, swings, picnic table, and water for rinsing sandy feet! We provide several bikes for those quick trips back to the house for comforts! Tree-lined streets connect shoreline neighborhoods to provide ideal bike riding.

This roomy house is great for multi-generational gatherings. Great space to converse and another for TV,etc. Kitchen has counter space galore and seating for a big group. Loved the flow and private den for the computer. Garage had bikes and a wonderful classic red wagon for lugging chairs or toddlers to the beach. Clean house and cool locatiton--Dairy Queen is steps away!

6th Year Staying Here!

This was our 6th year staying here and there's a reason for that... This place has it all!! The house is equipted with EVERYTHING one would need, just like home. There's so much space to spread out and very comfy beds. The owners are SO easy to work with and have gone out of their way to make sure this place feels just like a "home away from home" for us. But the best part... the 3 minute walk to the beach!! We come up every year for a family reunion, and have built such wonderful, life long memories. My daughters were 1 and 2 years old when we first starting coming here and they really think this is a second home of ours. Rent from Eva and Tim and you will not be dissappointed!
