Ideally located in the West End on Franklin Street, this spacious retreat is just a 5-10 minute stroll to the center of town. Comfort, clean lines, simplicity, optimal functionality and just about brand new everything grace this oasis of tranquility. Welcome to quiet and relaxation. Welcome to Franklin Bend. From your private garden and yard, you have easy access to beaches, bike paths, shopping and night life. The residence is comprised of one king and three queen bedroom, along with a single over-sized down stuffed sofa. An additional full-sized aero-bed allows for comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 10 people . The Main House includes four bedrooms, 3 baths, a jacuzzi tub, gas fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining table seating for ten, outside patio, office, and much more.

Beautiful, peaceful space with plenty of room

Our group of 9 stayed for the Memorial Day week. We had fun cooking in the beautiful kitchen and enjoying the private outdoor patio. The house is impeccably furnished, the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were exactly as represented. The location is phenomenal, a quick walk into town.

The Best House at Franklin Bend

It is exactly as described. However the online pictures do not do it justice. The place is huge, clean, and well maintained, with a spacious floorplan. Two of the bedrooms have private entrances. It and is in a perfect location to explore Provincetown or grab your bike and just laze on the nearby beaches. Five minute walk to town, ten if you're lazy. It has every amenity you could possibly require and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone. In fact I already have...
