Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom villa. Our luxurious villa with large electrically heated pool - views over the Rotonda River and it's amazing wildlife. gas BBQ on furnished patio. 2 adult bikes. 10 mins to 4 sandy beaches. 5/6 mins for restaurants/supermarkets. Short drive to Naples/Venice. Broadband internet.

Treat yourself to the best. This bright, spacious villa is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. It boasts a huge master bedroom with ensuite plus 2 other bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) (and a separate den with its own Queen sized pull out sofa bed and 32" TV). There are 2 dining areas-seating 6 (formal and breakfast room) a fully equipped kitchen. Separate utility room housing a large American washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside we have an electrically heated (optional) swimming pool (30x15) and oversized patio and lania area. Two adult bikes for guests use. Extra large garage with lots of pool toys.

The house is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. The large double garage can accommodate two cars and 2 bicycles are available for guests use. Local and state to state phone calls are free. Broadband hi-speed internet. This is a smoke free home.

Restaurants are everywhere and you will find friendly and attentive service while enjoying a spectacular sunset or simply basking in the warmth of Florida's weather.

Did we hear shopping? Port Charlotte has it's own mall and Venice which is just a few miles up the road has some very pretty shopping around the coast. There are two discount outlets, one to the north and one to the south.If you don't know the area then we have in our villa a Guest information book on places to go and things to do.
