Description of the West Yarmouth vacation house rental
Beautiful new (2004) home with four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Our home offers a huge kitchen with Corian countertops and high end appliances, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10)/3.5 baths and is over 3000 square feet. There is a 500 square foot master suite upstairs with a private balcony, and another master bedroom on the first floor. Enjoy a family dinner at the large dining table or on the covered porch. There is a living room on the first and second floor. Just 50 feet to the beach with phenomenal ocean views. Listen to the waves from the living areas or your bedroom.
The home is located in a gated community which offers a private beach, pool (in season) and two tennis courts. A terrific and safe location for families. Yes, the picture above is one home! Truly a luxurious setting.
