A trail side, four-season rental property that boasts ski in and ski out accommodations off West Mountain at Sugarloaf/USA a premiere ski resort in the western mountains of Maine. No worries, when the lift isn't running, due to weather or other circumstances, we have shuttle service at the end of our driveway every 20 minutes orsooner. The property also accommodates avid golfers who yearn to be within a half mile of a Robert Trent Jones, Jr designed course. Sugarloaf is known for it's, social atmosphere and outstanding terrain that offers more vertical than any other mountain in northern New England. Plenty for the family to do in all months. Snowmobile, skate, cross country ski, snowshoe, turbo tube, ski or snowboard in winter. Hike, canoe or kayak, fish, golf, biking or leaf peep in the summer/fall. Incredible views of the Bigelow Mountain range from front side of house. Check out the photos for a complete view.

We are located on the West Mountain trail of Sugarloaf Mountain. It's an ideal location for those who don't want to be in the thick of it! With the lift outside your door, it's an easy early morning chairlift ride up to the mid part of the mountain and then onto any other part of the mountain. When the lift doesn't run, the shuttle service is available at the top of the driveway every twenty minutes. Well equipped and spacious house just above the loading chair on West Mountain. Yes, it's trail side...Ski in, ski out!
