This open & modern 1800-square foot cottage boasts peaceful semi-wooded setting, partial lake views and a heart-friendly 2-minute walk to 400 feet of breathtaking Lake Michigan beach and dunes. Cottage features huge deck, large cherry kitchen, spacious living room, full walkout level, and indoor and outdoor showers. Swim in either Lake Michigan; or in Stony Lake a mile away. Just minutes from championship golf courses, horseback riding, Silver Lake Dunes (8 miles north) , largest amusement park in Michigan, and Hart-Montague Bike Trail. A short drive will take you to everything from roadside fruit & vegetable stands to antique shops to a smokehouse to a winery. If you're looking for a private setting focused on a Lake Michigan shoreline the way nature intended, with easy hiking for miles in either direction, you've found your vacation destination!

Nearest Motorway: US 31 and Stony Lake Road at 9 Miles
Cottage is located west of Shelby in the Stony Lake area, west off Scenic Drive via Thomas Street, which runs alongside the Stony Lake Yacht Club. Area is unspoiled and features the Lake Michigan shoreline in a very pristine state, with lots of dunes and vegetation. Surrounding area is a mecca for outdoor enthusiasts. Nearby you'll find everything from antiquing to championship golf to great opportunities for fishing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, bicycling and much more. Silver Lake dunes are 8 miles north. Muskegon 40 miles south. Ludington 40 miles north.
