The Bluejay Cottage is finished in a knotty pine along with a full kitchen. You can unwind on 100' of sandy frontage on Twin Lake. Twin Lake is a sandy 112 acre lake with picturesque views. Cottage rental will also include use of canoes, kayaks', row boats, fire pit, shuffle board, horse shoe pit, bikes, gas grill, cable TV, VCR, video library, linens, towels and a childrens playground. This cottage is one of five available at the South Shore Resort. The South Shore Resort is situated on 3 private acres with sandy lake frontage in a park type setting. The entire resort will sleep fifty and is the perfect place for a large family or groups that are looking to spend time together. Testimonials : The South Shore Resort was the perfect place for our get together. We had a blast. Our party of 12 spent four relaxing days enjoying the lake, beach and property. Each night was capped sitting around the campfire. The accommodations were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly. J.S., Chicago The Eagle Cottage was just right for all of us. It was nice and cozy! We really enjoyed the clean beach everyday, all the boats to use and the playground equipment and most of all the fire pit every night. It made for a very relaxing week. Great family getaway!

Wow! What a great place! We just returned two days ago. We rented two of the cottages and the whole family is raving about what a great time we had. We are already starting to talk about having our next reunion in 2 years here! The property is extremely well kept and clean. The staff is wonderful. Thanks to Greg and Julie for making our stay so enjoying.

There is something to do for all ages. The lake is clean with a nice sandy bottom. The cottages have well equipped kitchens and have charcoal and gas grills. It is only about a 15 to 20 minute drive to Lake Michigan and 10 minutes to Michigan Adventure.

The online pictures really do not do this place justice. It really is more beautiful in person.

If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place for you.

This place is fantastic. We had the best time,secluded from the traffic and noise but located just close enough to the excitement. So many things to do and everything you could need to enjoy a family vacation to it's fullest. The management is wonderful and so helpful. The cabin was very roomy and equipped with anything you could need for the stay.
They have really thought of everything at this place.
We will be returning every year!
