This beautiful beachfront home features a wrap around deck on the ocean as well as a second floor deck with panoramic ocean views in the Ocean Park section of OOB with direct access just steps away to a 7 mile sandy beach. This home features: a new kitchen with an open floor plan to the dining room, living room and views of the beach; master suite with private bath and deck on the ocean; additional bedroom with 2 twin beds and a crib; second floor large bedroom with 2 double beds, freshly painted bathroom, and deck over the ocean; third bathroom with laundry; newly re-finished hardwood floors; all kitchen amenities included; cable TV, VCR/DVD, but not including sheets and towels. This home is a 5 minute walk to the quaint shops of Ocean Park and a 10 minute walk to the amusements in Old Orchard Beach.

I rented this house with a group of friends (8 of us total) and we had a great time. The house is very easy to find, not far off of the highway. The house has a very open floor plan, which was great for a big group. There is direct beach access which is very convenient, and it is not too far of a walk down the beach to the peir if you don't want to drive. The house was very clean when we arrived. The furnishing are a little dated, but we found it charming. The upstairs sleep loft is a big open room, and it can accomodate an air mattress or two if needed. Beautiful views from the deck, just an overall great trip.
