Welcome to our family Cape house. Our home is located in a private setting within New Seabury. A 15 minute walk to the beach and an 8 minute walk to Fells Pond, a tranquil sand bottom pond that's perfect for kids.

There are 2 Full bedrooms on the 2nd floor, a Queen master suite with walk in closet and master bathroom on the 1st floor and a bunk room with sleeping for 6 in the finished basement. There is a full bathroom on the 2nd floor and a half bath off of the kitchen on the 1st floor. The master bath has a huge luxury shower that features a rain shower head and body jets. The main floor has a large living room with a comfy sectional and a 65-inch smart TV over the gas fireplace. The living room opens to the dining space, where there is a dining table for 6. There are also 3 dining stools at the kitchen peninsula. The kitchen has a gas stove, dish washer and all the essential kitchen appliances and tools. Outside there is a very large and very private deck with outdoor seating and a grill. Home also has central air, 2 sky lights, washer/dryer, wireless internet and parking for 3 vehicles.

Our family rented this property for 5 years and loved it so much that we purchased it! We have already made several updates to the property but have even more planned, including paint and finishings. Hope you love it as much as we do!
