Just a short walk from the ocean, 7 miles of panoramic beaches, sand castles and sand dollars. Open your windows and fall asleep to the sound of the sea, walk at sunrise on miles of uncluttered shore. Enjoy outdoor living on the large raised deck equipped with grill and deck furniture, tucked away in the shade of your own pine grove. Or, the bright cheery comforts of a large eat in kitchen, or the newly remodeled family room. The 3 bedrooms offer a snug hideaway with new furnishings throughout and a clean renovated bath as well. A short walk away is Ocean Park and 125 years of pastoral history. Its quaint town square offers a general store, library, a breakfast diner, a full service dinner restaurant (BYOB), not to mention freshly baked cinnamon rolls and sandwiches at the market. Shuffle board, tennis and a gift shop are also on the list of things to do. From the timeless beauty of the ocean to free hi-speed Internet, let us welcome you to our home this season.

From your front door it is only 1 1/2 miles north to Old Orchard Beach and 1 mile south to Ferry Beach State Park. Just beyond, 20 minutes or less, is Kennebunkport. For a day in the big city , Portland is only 30 minutes away and Boston is less than 2 hours. Portland offers unique fine dining, the historic Old Port and the Sea Dogs mnor league baseball team. LL Bean and outlet shopping are in Freeport, just north of Portland

Property includes a wooded lot with towing pines. Listen to the sound of the sea from the deck. In early August, pick a handful of blueberries for breakfast pancakes from on site bushes.
