In the heart of Pine Point, this sunny, clean, well-maintained unit has two, large living rooms; dining area; three bedrooms; a full bath; and a good sized kitchen equipped with all the amenities! There is a pull-out sofa and a futon in the living room for extra guests. Lots of windows look out onto the manicured front and side lawns. There is a clothes line for wet towels and suits, and the outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off. Less than a minute walk to the beach, the property is located on a quiet, dead-end street that ends at the sand! There are two private, off-street parking spaces. The upstairs is also for rent. It boasts a second-story deck with partial ocean view and sleeps six.

In Walking Distance: The property is just around the corner from the 'Clam Bake' and in walking distance of other great local eateries boasting fresh, Maine seafood. The deli/convenient store is only a block away. The boat launch for ocean kayaking and boating is about a half-mile away, as is the Marsh Waterways. Ride the trolley or take the short walk to Old Orchard Beach Amusement Park for sight-seeing, the rides, mini-golf, the dog park, shopping, dining, and the world famous Pier! The area also has a lively night-life.

Portland: Pine Point is about 15 minutes from the historic Old Port district of Portland. The Old Port is brimming with quaint shops, museums, pubs and restaurants. You can also catch a ferry to one of the local islands, to tour around the harbor or for a whale watch.

Other Attractions: Outlet shopping is available about 45 minutes north to Freeport (home to L.L. Bean) or south to Kittery. Both provide great shopping and coastal village charm. The Sebago Lakes region is less than an hour drive.

Golf: Nonesuch River Golf Club is located at 304 Gorham Road, Scarborough, Maine. Nonesuch is a 203-acre facility with an 18-hole championship golf course, a modern 2,500 square-foot clubhouse, a full-size practice range and green, and golf academy.
