Enjoy a renovated Cape Cod Colonial home 100 feet from the beach, minutes from downtown, and 2 minutes from the bike path. There are views of the beach from bedrooms and yard. This 6 bedroom house is perfect for a large family or two families. Falmouth is 20 minutes from the Bourne Bridge. An hour and a 1/4 from Boston and an hour and 1/2 from P-town. The yard is large and private and the porch is enclosed with wicker furniture.

The house was represented accurately. We were an extended family, 3 generations. The children had roooom to play, both inside and out. The kitchen and dining area were great. Some of the Queen BR's were on the small side. BUT, when is there ever 100%. We slept well in the rooms and then used the many rooms and outdoor space for the children. There was a grill, a grassy area and an outdoor shower.
The beach was sheltered for the smaller children, had lifeguards and all enjoyed crabbing. Beyond this sheltered beach, there was great swimming for the older people.

The location in Falmouth was great.
