Our home has been professionally decorated for the discriminating traveler, and we've included just about everything you'd ever need. Our private rooftop Spanish tile terrace with gazebo and wet bar is truly what sets us apart and will make your vacation so unique! The terrace is for your exclusive use - not shared, with access from inside the apt. You'll enjoy the gas grill, dining under the gazebo, and plenty of space for elegant entertaining or just soaking up the sun! You may also enjoy cocktails on the private balcony off the living room. Our unique location offers panoramic views of the mountains and the Caribbean, a quiet beach that's great for swimming, a 5 minute drive to great surfing, and close proximity to water sports and all the best of Rincon! Note: We are not at the Public Beach (aka Rincon Beach) - no crowds, no busy streets to cross!

Amenities: The Penthouse is fully air conditioned, offers the best swimming beach in Rincon (Corcega) and also separate adults and kid's pools within the complex. On the private rooftop Spanish tile terrace, you'll find comfortable lounge chairs for the sun worshipers, with a misting system to keep things cool on the hottest days! The shade dwellers will love the large retractable awning. You'll also enjoy dining under the gazebo while you relax and appreciate the incredible views. In addition, we provide the following: wet bar, local phone service, beach towels, gas grill, movie library, small book library (including guide books) board games, designer linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 reserved, secure parking spaces, high speed wireless Internet access (bring your laptop) and all of the small delightful extras that will make your time in Rincon a memorable experience. Things to do: Take a walk down the beach to the local hotels for watersports, cocktails at sunset and dinner; or maybe a short drive to the lighthouse at Puntas to watch the surfers or the whales in one of the worlds only passive whale watching parks; visit the mall or the casinos in nearby Mayaguez, or book a deep sea fishing expedition! Shopping, dining and adventure in this cozy, unpretentious seaside town are all within easy reach from The Penthouse. Golfers can take a 20 minute drive to the par 72 Punta Borinquen golf course (a favorite of President Eisenhower) to enjoy 18 holes with sea breezes and an ocean view. Exclusive Concierge Service: Upon your arrival you will be met by our Property Manager who will acquaint you with all that Rincon and the Penthouse have to offer. She is available to assist with any questions you may have during your stay. Speak with her before your trip to arrange personalized grocery shopping, so the fridge is stocked with all of your favorites upon your arrival. Not many places in the area have a dishwasher - we do! We are within walking distance of a supermarket, restaurants, bars, free gym, free tennis courts, indoor and outdoor basketball courts, baseball field and running track. Bring your iPod - we have a great stereo system with iPod dock! (iPhone compatible). Our cool misting system on the rooftop terrace keeps you cool while you sunbathe on even the hottest days!

Incredible place

We has the best time relaxing on your terrace...with the convenient refrigerator under the cunter nad the grill it waas hard to pull us away from there.It was private with spectacular views,...we had a prime spot for the sunsets when we always had a glass of wine to view it with.Then out to dinner to a local restaurnat very relaxing and casual or stay at home and cook on the grill.
It was all you said it would be and you just cannot beat the price for what we got

The condo is kept so clean and every detail is taken care of...only apartment I ever rented in Rincon with a dishwasher.This was a true getaway from all of the hustle and bustle...See you next year or sooner!!!

very hard to reach management

"The view of the ocean is beautiful, and the condo very nice.

We have had great difficulty getting in contact with the owner. To rent the home, we had to send very many emails to find out pricing and to secure our stay for our honeymoon. The day before we left on our honeymoon, we finally received the address and driving directions to this location.

Now we are waiting to receive our refund which is months late. Please help us close this transaction with your reply and refund."
Owner's Response: In order to maintain privacy, we do not send directions or the address until the final payment is received. Sometimes our emails to our guests end up in their Spam folder, and we are not aware of that until informed by our guests that they have not received the requested information. With regards to deposit returns, our Rental Agreement clearly states the timeframe in which deposits are returned.
While I'm sorry this guest found it difficult to coordinate with us, we are absolutely committed to our guests' experience and ensuring that everyone who rents from us has an incredible experience.

Perfect Paradise

I stayed here in May 2009 and had an incredible time. The weather was fabulous as well as the surrounding area. The view from the rooftop terrace is breathtaking and the sunset is beautiful despite any clouds in the sky. The condo is literally steps from the beach!! It has a great sense of security as well due to the gated condo it is located in. The condo itself is spacious, tastefully decorated and maintained. It is in walking distance to many "on the beach" restaurants and bars which house both tourists and locals alike. A+ we can't wait to go back!

Fun in the Sun

10 steps to the pool, another 10 steps to the beach, 5 min stroll down the beach to a tiki bar (el pirate!) and sunsets on the roof deck..what more do you need? We were there over a holiday weekend and met some of the neighbors at the pool, all very friendly. The only mis-hap is that the bottom of the blender fell out, spilling a fresh batch of margaritas on the floor :( A great way to experience the local's favorite beach town.

First, What an Amazing view from the roof top terrace!! The view alone is worth the stay. The condo is very neat and clean, and within walking distance to some "touristy" night life. The SCUBA diving at Tainos is good. We went to the "Steps" beach where the snorkeling is excellent!! But if you do not feel like driving to the beach, just step right out the condo, the beach across the street is quiet and never crowded.
