Excellent location, comfortable living space

I would highly recommend this rental. The property is well maintained, inside and out - with a beautiful private small courtyard with grill and a kitchen nook with lots of natural light overlooking the courtyard. The inside layout is very suitable for two couples and 3 - 4 children. Interior has recently been renovated - and is all in good taste with an airy, open, and pleasant living space. We were able to walk to town, island buses, and also had easy access to all of the bike paths. Best fresh seafood store on island is nearby, and a bakery a block away for fresh baked breads.
We had a minor electrical issue with lighting on the second floor - and the owner was very prompt in his response from off island. There was an electrician on site within an hour, problem resolved, and a care package arrived shortly after for any inconvenience. This is highly commendable - and very responsible. We were so thankful for the excellent attention given.
Without a doubt, we would return to this most comfortable and enjoyable rental.
