Very adorable first floor 2 bedroom condo at 85 Mile Road with beautiful views of the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge. Unit is comfortably furnished with couch, chairs and dining table. Pergo flooring throughout, full bathroom with tiled floor, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and cooking utensils. Gas grill to cook outside and patio set with 4 chairs for patio dining. High chair available for young child if needed. Walk to beach, mini-golf, shops, movie theater, playground, grocery store, arcade and restaurants. Varano's Italian Restaurant, Billy's Chowder House, and the new Wells Beach Steakhouse (directly adjacent to the condo) are just steps away! Take a short walk to Mike's Clam Shack, The Steak House or Hannaford Supermarket. Trolley stops nearby to take you all over town and also connects to the Ogunquit and Kennebunk trolley system. Very nice location! Now taking reservations for the spring/summer of 2008.

    ** Refund policy is as follows: If reservation is canceled prior to 14 days of your arrival date, a refund will be issued less a $50 cancellation fee. If a reservation is canceled within 14 days of the arrival date, a refund will be issued only if unit becomes rented for the same time period less a $50 cancellation fee. (This policy applies to rentals during peak summer season only) Rentals in the off-season (September/October) will be given a 100% refund of deposit if reservation is canceled.

Visit the Seashore Trolley Museum, The Ogunquit Playhouse, Laudholm Farm, George & Barbara Bush's home in Kennebunkport, York Wild Animal Kingdom, Funtown Splashtown, Aquaboggan Water Park, concerts at Wells Harbor, antique shops, golf at the Cape Neddick Country Club, beautiful Perkins Cove in Ogunquit, walk the Marginal Way. Don't forget to try a delicious ice cream cone at The Scoop Deck or Big Daddy's.

This condo is clean, updated and in excellent condition! We have had many satisfied guests who stayed the past few summers. Very convenient to everything!

The location of the property was perfect. Close to Rte 1 but not right on it. Close to the beach. Owners seemed very pleasant and helpful. Hope to return next summer.
