Only two weeks open - Aug 21 and Aug 28. Enjoy your Cape Cod vacation from this well maintained duplex at 15 Murphy Road. It is located on a cul-de-sac, on the ocean side of Lower County Road. It's only a 4 minute walk to our Nantucket Sound private beach. It is 1/2 mile to the West Dennis Beach and South Village public beaches. Enjoy the large deck overlooking the salt water marsh, with a glimpse of the ocean. The oversize deck has outdoor furniture. Enjoy the ocean air where you can dine outside after cooking on the gas grill. This home is well equipped to make your stay comfortable and carefree. It is stocked with Corell dinnerware, new pots and pans, iron, mixer, blender, coffee maker, fans, toaster, microwave and telephones. It features tiled bathroom, wall to wall carpeting, cable TV, VCR and outdoor shower. No pets please.

We are located at 15 Murphy Road, West Dennis. Driving directions: eading east on Rt 28, take a right onto Swan River Rd. At the end of Swan River Rd take a right and we are the 4th street on the left. It's a private cul-de-sac with little traffic. Private Yard is fenced.

This was the perfect spot for our girls get away! This place is very well maintained, very clean, had plenty of room, and all the comforts of home. It is located in a quiet area so you can just sit back and relax or if you prefer, it is only minutes from shopping, dining, and of course the beach! The huge back deck is a great place to hang out and socialize or just relax with a good book. The outside shower is awesome! If you have never taken an outdoor shower you have to try it. I will definately be staying here again.

I was lucky enough to find this adorable, comfortable and extremely clean house for our vacation last summer. With three bedrooms we had more than enough room for all 6 of us. The large deck is great for entertaining or just relaxing with a good book. The private outside shower is great for after the beach to get the sand off, or anytime. The location is great, it is a short walk to the beach, or a short drive to a number of other beautiful beaches on the Cape. It is a five minute drive to do some shopping or dine at some of the best seafood restaurants on the Cape. I am looking forward to spending time this summer at the house, you just can't beat it.

I rented this house last summer and am going back again this summer ... great find. It's a wonderful house with everything you will need to make your stay on the Cape fun and stressless. The outside shower is especially nice when returning from the beach and getting the sand off. You'll need to drag yourself away from the deck ... it's huge and the view is wonderful and relaxing. You can walk or take a brief drive to the beaches without having to fight the Route 28 traffic - a definite plus!
