The cottage isa 5 minute drive to downtown Newport. Private side yard, mature landscaping, two off-street parking spots, walk to beach area playground/amusements, restaurants, bars, surf shops etc. Located on a unique four-plex property, privacy from the road, quiet and quaint area. Property surrounded by white picket fencing. Outdoor shower, grill,porch, beachchairs...All the perks to make your stay a home away from home!

Cottage is located on Purgatory Road in Middletown, R.I., just over the Newport line. Settled in a quiet and quaint area - this cottage has all the perks to make your vacation relaxing. Walk down the street to the beach, or choice of restaurants/bars/surf stores etc. Hop on your bike and check out Second Beach , Sachuset Sanctuary or Norman Bird Sanctuary. Ride a horse on the beach or at one of the local horse farms. Learn to surf! Pick a golf course, tennis court, skateboarding park, or rent a boat! Get in your car, pass the Beach, and head into Newport for your choice of entertainment and/or great shopping. This area is great for families, singles, couples - you decide!
