“Victorian Terrace” is two stunning oceanfront homes located on the southerly tip of the Eastern Promenade. Each has commanding views of Portland Harbor, the Casco Bay islands and numerous lighthouses. Our bright and sunny units feature 1 & 2 bedrooms and are fully equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation in Portland. All rentals have spectacular ocean views, off-street parking, weekly housekeeping, cable TV and Wireless Internet. Guests have a variety of areas in which to relax from our common library, decks and porches, to our patio and Adirondack chair seating in our garden area. Outside our front door is 36-acre park, complete with a beach, walking & bike trails, a playground, and tennis and basketball courts. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is just a short walk from Portland’s historic Old Port, which features over a hundred restaurants, museums, art galleries, designer boutiques, coffee houses and shops. It is a spacious park with jogging and biking trails, basketball courts, tennis courts, a playground, a small beach, and a panoramic view voted by the folks who live in this city to be the best in Portland. We are located less than a mile from the historic Old Port, with its many charming shops, restaurants, museums and the island ferry terminals.

On our roundtrip in new england we lived four days in “Victorian Terrace”. From our dining place in the tower on the third floor we had a stunning view over the casco bay. Everything was well organized and the staff answered all my questions. The apartment is really charming and lovingly equipped. Our arrival out of office ours was no problem, because sue wrote a letter for us, that contained all the facts we must know and was also a heartly welcome. After all we had to realize that four days were not enough to discover Portland and we have to come here again in the future

A great place to relax!

My husband and I have been traveling to Portland for years and have always stayed in hotels. On our recent trip to Portland we thought we wanted some more space, so we rented at Victorian Terrace due to their wonderful location. We stayed in apartment #1 and loved it. When our 2-week stay came to a close we simply didn't want to go home. Our unit overlooked the ocean and the wonderful gardens. Kim and her staff made us feel very welcome, unlike most B&B's, she was very good at letting guests relax and not bothering them to much. Victorian Terrace is a wonderful place to stay while in Portland as we will certainly be back.

The Best View and Service In Town!

My family and I stayed at Victorian Terrace while we were relocating to Portland from California. I can't say enough as to the friendliness of the staff and their ability to make us feel at home and at ease during a stressful and exciting time. We stayed in the Casco Bay Suite and loved it. The view is outstanding, as my son loved watching the ferry and the many other boats travel between Portland and the islands. The unit also had a wonderful large private deck that due to the season and the snow we didn't use, but I could see it getting tons of use during the rest of the year. I would highly recommend Victorian Terrace to anyone on vacation or relocating to Maine!
